This attestation must be completed prior to Academy Week to verify you have met all prerequisites required for attendance.
CPR certification is a two-step process: you must complete the American Heart Association online training (Part 1) prior to attending your in-person skills check-off (Part 2). Once both of these steps are completed, you'll then obtain your CPR certification.

Cost: $37 (paid directly to the AHA)
You must bring your completion certificate (printed or digital) to your check-off appointment.
Confirms your ride along plan, uniform/shipping info, and your acknowledgement of Elevate EMS ride along policies and requirements. Due on the first day of class, along with your remaining First-Class Paperwork signatures.
Download and bring physical copies with you to your ride-alongs in order to collect preceptor signatures — every student needs these regardless of which agency you're riding with.
